If you contact us via the contact us page of this website, and subsequently instruct us to do work for you, then you are giving your agreement that such work shall form a contract between us which shall be subject solely to the following terms and conditions of business:
The contract is between you and Nous Chez Vous
The contract shall be subject exclusively to these terms and conditions of business
The price agreed shall be payable in Euros and your payment shall be received by us within 10 working days of the date of our invoice
Any personal data you provide us with will be used solely for the purposes of us carrying out work for you and we will not pass these on to any other party without your express consent.
Unless otherwise agreed, either party is able to cancel work with a minimum of 24 hours notice by issuing an email to this effect to the other party, subject always to you paying us for work carried out up to the effective date of cancellation.
If you wish to make a complaint about our services, you must do so by email setting out the basis of your complaint, and to be eligible this must be received by us within seven calendar days of us finishing the work. We will not be obliged to consider complaints made outside of these timescales
Our liability to you for any work we do for you, including but not limited to losses of or for accidental damage to your personal property, fixtures and fittings, shall be limited to a maximum of 20% of the price you pay to us or 100 Euros whichever is the smaller. For the avoidance of doubt, where we deliver more than one service to you (e.g. cleaning and gardening) the limitation of liability shall be based on the price of the part of the service giving rise to your claim.
If you ask us to make recommendations for trades people to carry out work for you, such recommendations are made in good faith and we shall not be made liable by you for their performance.
The contract between us shall be deemed as made in France and subject to French law and the jurisdiction of the courts of France
